Ryan Faucett
Business Development and Strategy
Ryan was raised in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. When he was 6, he set the school record at the Jog-a-Thon for money raised and laps run. The call of a bigger life and bigger challenges led him to Seattle. Studying entrepreneurship and marketing at the University of Washington, Ryan started several businesses, lived & studied in Italy, and shaped an increasingly sharper attitude towards socio-economic disconnect.
Ryan’s awareness of the small differences everyone can make to change the trajectory of poverty began with the RunForTheFields.com campaign in 2007. Along with his 3 roommates, he partnered with Agros International to raise money through the Big Sur International Marathon. Their efforts allowed a Guatemalan community to achieve a higher quality of life through sustainable agriculture improvements.
Currently, Ryan works for Boeing on the 787 DreamLiner program as a financial analyst. He is an annual participant in the Hood to Coast relay super-marathon in Oregon, and continues to support dreams of bright futures for people he hasn’t yet met.
